Gunshow: Banana Pudding & Bourbon

“Chef Kevin Gillespie’s restaurant, Gunshow, offers a bold, new take on the traditional dining experience.”

REVIEW

I had the opportunity to eat at Gunshow in Atlanta this past Saturday and it was absolutely delicious. Starting off, the cocktails were fantastic, I highly recommend the Scandinavian Sour and the Of Gin and Logic. The beer and wine list while limited, offered options that paired well with the food served. There was a reserved wine selection too for those interested.

Every chef chooses two dishes they want to create for the evening, prepares, and presents them to each table. The chefs have the opportunity to test out something new or to delight with their favorites or signature plates. You choose the dishes that appeal to you and your table shares them. What you taste is the obvious passion for cooking and what you see is the pride they take in creating their dishes (they are plated beautifully). For our meal, my husband and I went all out. It was impossible for us to pick our favorite dishes, they were all fantastic.
